MenoMe^® and its affiliates provide their services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop at Meno-Me^®, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully. Default Currency

Unless otherwise stated, the default currency is New Zealand Dollars.

Delivery

All deliveries within New Zealand are by Courier and direct to your door. Please ensure that when placing your order you advise us of any special delivery instructions, especially if you are likely to be away from home when the courier calls.

We use NZ Post for international deliveries. Deliveries are dispatched same day if ordered before 10.30pm on a business day or next business day if ordered after 10.30pm, on a public holiday or weekend. Australian orders are delivered in 3-6 working days and are tracked. Deliveries to all other countries are delivered in 6-13 working days and are tracked.

Any shortages or breakages must be reported to MenoMe^® within 24 hours, preferably by email and quoting your purchase details.

All items purchased from MenoMe^® are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Discount Codes

Discount codes cannot be used to purchase items already on sale, bundles, or in conjunction with other discounts (unless otherwise stated as part of a specific promotion). Discount codes are one-time-use per person unless otherwise stated and cannot be used for multiple orders. Promotions that allow discount codes to be used to purchase subscription items will only apply a discount to the first order – all future subscription fulfilment orders are charged at full price.
